1. Nature of the service
AirSource is a free information service that publishes flight data and last observed prices from third-party sources. AirSource does not sell tickets, is not a travel agency, takes no payments and is not a party to the contract of carriage.
2. No price guarantee
The prices shown are past observations, not offers. They may have changed or no longer be available at booking time. The applicable price and conditions are exclusively those shown by the booking site and the seller at the time of purchase.
3. Bookings with third parties
Booking links lead to Aviasales and the sellers listed there. Booking, payment, ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, refunds and support are governed by the seller's terms. AirSource cannot act on a booking.
4. Affiliation
Some links are affiliate links: AirSource may receive a commission from the partner if you complete a booking. See How we earn.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AirSource is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information published, from errors or delays in third-party data, or from bookings made with third parties.
6. Acceptable use
Using the service for unlawful activities, overloading the systems or extracting data en masse against the robots.txt file is prohibited. Published data may be quoted with attribution and the page URL.
7. Governing law and venue
Swiss law applies. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the venue is the registered seat of the owner (Canton of Zug).
